Air-log Pneumatic transfer system

Air-Control System is the central controller of the Airlog Pneumatic transfer system. This system includes:

– Air-Control software: Pre-installed on Windows 11 computers with Intel Core i3 or i5, this software controls the entire system, helping to manage sample transfer accurately and efficiently. The software is secured by USB Dongle, ensuring safety and information security.

– Ethernet port: The system is equipped with 2 Ethernet ports, helping to connect and manage devices in the system flexibly.

– Installation: Included with the system is an installation package for 10 stations, which can be expanded according to user needs.

Compact-Station is a sample receiving and transferring terminal with a compact design. Outstanding features include:

– Automatic sample receiving and sending function: This station is capable of automatically receiving and sending sample transfer boxes, ensuring a smooth process without the need for manual intervention.

– Compact design: With its small size, this station saves space and can be easily installed in many different locations.

– Display options: Compact Station can be equipped with a 3-inch LCD screen or a 7-inch touch screen, which clearly displays station information and operating status.

Front-Load-Station is a sample transfer station with a loading port at the front. It can be used as an end station or intermediate station in the system. Key features include:

– Front loading port: This design makes it easy to load and receive samples from the front of the station.

– Automatic sample receiving and sending function: Like Compact-Station, Front-Load-Station also supports automatic sample receiving and sending.

– Flexible connection: This station can connect to other stations in the system, helping to expand operating capabilities and increase efficiency in sample management.

Multi-Send-Station is a multi-purpose sending station, used only to send samples and is the last station in the system. Main features:

– Three sample loading ports: This station has 3 sample loading ports at the bottom, allowing transfer cartridges to be stored and sent to different addresses.

– Integrated Follow-me feature: This function allows the sample transfer box to be redirected to another destination if necessary, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in sample management.

The 3-phase air blower has the function of creating airflow to help push specimen boxes to stations.
